One-on-one, in person private lessons, held both in-home and elsewhere. 

Private lessons are the perfect opportunity for established clients to discuss new behaviors, develop future training plans, tune-up handling skills, practice together with guidance, and ask any burning questions in the moment. 

Location is customized to target the skills you actively seek to work on alongside professional guidance.

Tutoring Lessons are thoughtfully designed for dogs who may be more reserved with new people, hesitant to work while their owners are present, or for families who simply want to give their dog valuable one-on-one student–teacher time.

For dogs who tend to cling to their owners, a little time apart can be an incredible confidence builder. Creating space to form a new working relationship often brings out independence, focus, and motivation. Many dogs who seem shy or overshadowed in their owner’s presence begin to reveal hidden talents when given the opportunity to learn and explore with a new handler.

During these sessions, I allow each dog to set the pace while gently guiding them through new experiences that encourage confidence and clarity. Even dogs who perform beautifully in private lessons but struggle to replicate the same results at home can benefit from tutoring. A focused, one-on-one lesson helps establish cleaner foundations and clearer starting points, making practice at home more productive and successful.
