NEW CLIENTS

After submitting your new client registration, the next step in starting our training journey is to schedule and complete an initial evaluation lesson together. This first session is required before beginning any continued training plans or scheduling additional services.

Both an in-home & in-person evaluation makes for a relaxed and welcoming opportunity for us to truly get to know one another. Meeting your companion in their most familiar and comfortable environment allows me to see their natural behaviors and better understand their personality, routine, and current skill level. This setting helps create a clear and supportive starting point for your unique training journey.

During our first hour together, we’ll focus on building connection and understanding. You and your dog will get to know me, my training philosophy, and what to expect moving forward. At the same time, I’ll be observing your dog’s current abilities, your relationship as a team, and any unique goals or challenges you’d like to address. This time is collaborative, informative, and designed to make everyone feel comfortable and confident as we continue.

At the close of the evaluation, we’ll discuss a recommended training schedule and outline the next steps. Your customized training plan will reflect both your initial goals and my professional observations, thoughtfully designed to set you, your family, and your companion up for long-term success!
